   I ordered an iPhone 12 green excellent condition. I was expecting a couple scratches here and there but no. The phone was perfectly fine no scratches whatsoever everything was working perfectly and it even had 87% battery health. Would recommend 100%

    I know a lot of people have had problems once receiving based off the reviews but mine came in perfect condition, I didn’t order excellent condition but that is exactly what I got, with the exception of a few tiny nicks in the paint (which doesn’t bother me any) everything works just fine, my battery health max capacity is at 84% which is great, the screen has no scratches or cracks, the sound quality is amazing and all the speakers work just fine. It overall came in great condition. I don’t have a single complaint about this product!

   this phone works perfectly, everything works just fine, i don’t mind the little scratches on the sides, the thing that makes me a little frustrated is the battery health, i checked using 3uTools which is very popular for looking more in depth into a phone, i was not pleased to see this phone had a battery health of 77%, i could be a error, but this is the only thing that made me upset.

    Everything works but one thing… the speaker at the top (for phonecalls) doesn’t work at all I have to put all my calls on speaker or in my airpod which is very annoying because I forgot it doesn’t work until I put it to my ear and realize but other than that everything’s great phone charges to 100% & battery lasts bottom speakers are perfect phone was in perfect condition as in the screen and things, love this purchase overall.

   I am glad I took a chance and purchased the acceptable condition (Refurbished)! The phone is in great condition! No scratches on the screen and minimal wear tear scuffs! Stated that the minimum battery capacity would be 80% as you can this phone is at 86%! No complaints right now! It has been a week since I received my phone! I am Happy with my purchase!

   i bought this phone because i was trying a new phone and as my first iphone looking at all the reviews i came in thinking im taking a high risk but i got it in black it look BRAND NEW and i was looking at the reviews i see that the battery life is low on some of the phone but mine was at 98% and i was so happy once i got this phone it looks brand new no scratches are nothing but there is one thing it does not work well in hot weather so if its hot on face time your cam is going to be a little choppy but thats the only bad thing this is a great phone all you need is mabye a new battery if you really want a "new phone" but for refurbished this is amazing thank you amazon!

   Buen teléfono sin rayones y golpes , cumple con lo indicado en la descripción , batería al 85% pagando la opción de excelente , tardaron varios días pero es xq lo envían desde NY, y yo estoy en Utah , 4 estrellas ya que el empaquetado pudo ser un poco mejor , pero el teléfono 10/10 recomendado
